By accessing our website, booking a call, submitting a form, or otherwise engaging with Houzflow AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Houzflow AI.
Houzflow AI provides AI-assisted lead generation, digital advertising management, CRM automation, review generation, website development, and related marketing services designed to help home service contractors attract, qualify, and book more jobs ("Services"). The specific services provided to each client are outlined in a separate service agreement or order form.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.
While we work diligently to generate qualified leads and booked estimates for our clients, we make no guarantee of specific results. Outcomes vary based on factors including but not limited to: your trade, geographic market, pricing, competition, responsiveness to leads, seasonality, and other variables outside our control. Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shared on our website represent individual results and are not guarantees of future performance.
Consent to Receive SMS: By submitting your phone number through any form, landing page, or booking page associated with Houzflow AI, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS text messages from Houzflow AI at the number provided. These messages may include: appointment confirmations and reminders, lead notifications, follow-up messages, service updates, and promotional communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your engagement with our Services. You may receive multiple messages per week during active campaigns or onboarding.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation message and you will be removed from our SMS list immediately. To re-subscribe, reply START or contact us directly.

No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Data: Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own independent marketing purposes. This data is used exclusively for communications between Houzflow AI and you.
A2P 10DLC Registration: Our SMS messaging program operates in compliance with Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) regulations as required by U.S. mobile carriers. Our campaigns are registered with approved aggregators and comply with all applicable rules including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
Supported Carriers: Major U.S. carriers participating in A2P 10DLC programs include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and US Cellular. Message delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers.
Houzflow AI operates on a pay-per-closed-job model or other pricing structures as agreed upon in your individual service agreement. All fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are specified in your signed service agreement or order form. You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with those terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice to existing clients.
Either party may terminate the Services with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. There are no early termination fees. Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of all data, creative assets, and leads generated during the engagement. We will provide a data export upon request within 14 days of cancellation.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Houzflow AI or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Any creative assets, ad copy, or landing pages developed exclusively for your business during a paid engagement become your property upon full payment of all outstanding fees.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information disclosed during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to pricing, strategies, client data, and campaign performance. This obligation survives termination of the Services.
Our Services may involve integration with or referral to third-party platforms including but not limited to Meta (Facebook), Google, Cal.com, GoHighLevel, and other CRM or advertising tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not liable for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Houzflow AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Houzflow AI in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Houzflow AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement or order form, constitute the entire agreement between you and Houzflow AI regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
